He's been practicing in Crestview since 1994. His competency in the legal realm is represented by his success throughout those years as well as the testimony of his clients. He is trustworthy and honest, striving to serve his clientele to the utmost of his abilities.

Amy Welton Gaither

Amy graduated from Pensacola Christian College with her Bachelors in Science in May of 2017 and continued on to Regent University’s School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate of Law. Since we enjoyed her working here as a paralegal, we anticipated her graduation here at the firm for those three years of schooling and are excited she’s back in the firm and practicing law.

She grew up in the office family as one of Mark Welton's daughters and is enjoying working at Welton Law Firm with a drive to extend the family legacy. She serves her clients with the utmost integrity and fairness and is building on her experience in the field of law.
