Office Manager / Paralegal
As Office Manager, Kristen maintains the seamless operation around the firm as well as assists Attorney Mark Welton as a paralegal. She also manages the financial aspects of the firm. She obtained education in Business Management and Administration at Northwest Florida State College, then continued on to gain three years of experience in banking. Since she began working at Welton Law Firm seventeen years ago, Kristen has acquired formidable knowledge and reliability in both the firm and the legal realm.
As the receptionist, Lola is the one to greet everyone as they walk through the door, set up appointments, and ask any questions. Lola is the first impression at Welton Law Firm, and she represents us well with her investment in and commitment to our clients. She truly is a source of joy to her office family, and we count on her to bring the joy and laughter with her to work every morning. As a potential client or established clientele, you can trust her to answer any questions truthfully with an adequate understanding of the cases, areas of practice, and schedules of the attorneys.
As a paralegal, Amy assists Attorney Paul Bailey with his cases. She preforms daily tasks such as preparing documents, arranging hearings, and filing documents with the Court. She grew up in the office family as one of Attorney Mark Welton's daughters and is enjoying officially working at Welton Law Firm. She graduated from Pensacola Christian College with her Bachelors in Science in May of 2017 and has since joined the team.
