After his clerkship in Miami, Paul Bailey began practicing law full time at Welton Law Firm in Crestview, Florida as an associate attorney. Now, Paul Bailey continues his legal practice as an owner/shareholder at Welton Law Firm, engaging in “general practice” to include multiple areas of law such as appellate litigation, civil litigation, real property law, family law, business law, criminal defense, domestic injunctions, probate, guardianships, and estate planning. Paul Bailey has over ten years of legal experience and is licensed to practice law in Florida and in federal court for the Northern District of Florida. In addition to his legal practice, Paul Bailey is also heavily engaged in higher education for the State of Florida.
